The Bay Area's premier funk/soul band, Monophonics is enjoying a national buzz. Their psychedelic soul and heavy duty funk, harking back to the late 60's and early 70's features fuzzy guitars, freaky synthesizers, hard-driving horns and gritty vocals. Festivities begin at 5:30 pm with the Farmers Market, which also offers a variety of food booths. Local restaurants are open for early bird and late night specials. Craft beer, local wines and non-alcoholic beverages are available for purchase during the evening. Music begins at 7:00 pm.
