First a little on the selection criteria for Friday Night Live.
The Cloverdale Arts Alliance started with the goal of bringing performers to Cloverdale that one normally would not find in this neck of the woods. It has now evolved into a 'world music' series because we've found over the years there is a massive amount of interesting music being performed by people who's influences come from different parts of the world, most of which we rarely get an opportunity to experience. We have strived to find performers that are talented, interesting, unique, and refreshing. Hopefully they would also 'entertain' people , all five can coexist. However, we have always strived to ensure that 'entertainers' also possessed the other 4 elements, not always the case. We are, after all, an arts organization. It's our belief Cloverdale's FNL has a more diverse and interesting line up than the public events in other local cities.
Be assured the Cloverdale Arts Alliance will work very hard to meet the demands of the residents of Cloverdale and our visitors. Our goal is always to find performers who meet our criteria while providing an excellent experience for everyone who attends FNL.
