Laughing Gravy tribute to Gram Parsons, October 27

Special night, special date, special Americana Night performance

On Saturday, October 27, the Cloverdale Arts Alliance’s Americana Night will host a special performance – Laughing Gravy’s Tribute to Gram Parsons.

Northern California’s Laughing Gravy is an eight-piece Americana band based in Sonoma County. Formed in 2003 by solo performers who decided to play together at a Gram Parsons Tribute Concert, they started a band that performs mostly at Parsons-themed events.

Band members include Jackalope Records founder Doug Jayne, Allegra Broughton and bassist Sam Page from the group Solid Air, Kevin Russell from The Rhythm Rangers, keyboardist Ron Stinnett from The Ruminators, drummer Dan Ransford from The String Rays, and pedal steel wizard Bobby Lee from Wine Country Swing.

This special, Saturday night performance will be at the Cloverdale Arts Alliance Gallery, located at 204 N. Cloverdale Blvd. Tickets are $15 for Cloverdale Arts Alliance members and $20 for non-members. Doors open at 7:00 pm; music begins at 7:30 pm. The wine sponsor is Rodney Strong Vineyards; the beer sponsor is Lagunitas Brewing Company.

To receive reserved seating privileges, purchase advance tickets online at or at the Cloverdale Arts Alliance during normal business hours. Tickets are available at the door.

Americana Night is a program of the Cloverdale Arts Alliance, a non-profit arts organization bringing cultural arts to northern Sonoma County.
